Billing and refund terms for merchant subscriptions will be provided before payment is collected.
Merchant subscriptions and paid venue tiers are billed for the agreed subscription term. For billing inquiries, account updates, or refund requests, please contact our support team.
2. Consumer Group Meeting Coordination Remains 100% Free
Consumer group meeting coordination remains 100% free of charge.
Meeting organizers and participants across Malaysia are not charged to create a meeting, calculate venue suggestions, or vote. Commercial subscription fees apply exclusively to participating merchants who choose to promote their venues in the Merchant Portal.
