You agree not to use Jompa for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malicious automated traffic, to attempt unauthorized access to server infrastructure, or to submit false coordinates for malicious harassment.

3. Service Availability & Disclaimers

Jompa is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Route estimates, traffic delays, and venue operating statuses are provided for convenience only and may vary due to real-world conditions.

4. Intellectual Property & Open Data

Jompa incorporates map data from OpenStreetMap contributors under the Open Database License (ODbL 1.0).

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
