1. 100% Free Core Service
The core Jompa group coordination service, including meeting creation, participant invitations, routing, and voting, is completely free of charge. No payment details are ever requested or processed for consumer meeting coordination.
2. Optional Future Upgrades
Should optional premium organizer features (e.g. customized event branding or permanent meeting archives) be offered in the future, eligible refund requests will be honored within 14 calendar days of transaction.
3. Commercial Advertising Terms
Promoted venue placements, advertiser sponsorships, and business partnerships are governed under distinct commercial agreements via our Advertiser Portal (/advertise/terms and /advertise/refund-policy) and are separate from consumer usage.
