1. Commercial Scope & Merchant Terms

These Commercial Terms of Service ("Commercial Terms") govern merchant accounts and venue-tier subscriptions offered through the Jompa Merchant Portal. By creating an account or subscribing to a venue tier, the participating merchant or venue operator ("Merchant") agrees to these Commercial Terms with Jompa ("Platform").

Venue tiers provide tier-based display priority and eligibility radius for validated partner venues in candidate venue recommendations and meeting coordination views for the agreed billing term. Placement is non-exclusive and remains subject to Jompa's validation and content standards.

2. Placement Rules for Validated Partner Venues

Paid placement on Jompa is a reviewed listing for a validated partner venue, not an ad slot. Every venue submitted through the Merchant Portal is reviewed by our operations team for its business details, contact details, descriptions, and photos before it can go live. Only a reviewed, validated, paid venue is eligible to appear as a meeting candidate.

Your plan (Normal, Standard, or High) affects display priority and the eligibility radius in which a validated venue may be considered. It does not change the fairness thresholds or fairness score. Paid listings do not change route or travel-time eligibility. Venue photos are available only on paid listings.

Placement does not compromise the mathematical integrity of the core minimax routing algorithm. Travel times and walking distances remain objective, routing-derived, and unmanipulated. A validated partner venue that appears as a candidate is routed, displayed, voted on, and confirmed through the same mechanics as organic candidates; venue tiers affect display priority and eligibility radius only, never fairness calculations or votes.

3. Content Standards & Merchant Eligibility

All participating merchants must be registered business entities operating within Malaysia with valid local municipal operating licenses. Submitted venue details and descriptions must be truthful, non-misleading, and representative of the physical venue.

Jompa strictly prohibits the promotion of unlawful goods or services, unlicensed financial activities, hate speech, explicit adult content, deceptive claims, or fraudulent location submissions. We reserve the right to reject or terminate any account or venue listing that violates these standards.

4. Service Availability

Jompa strives to maintain reliable digital web application and routing infrastructure. Venue submissions via the Merchant Portal are reviewed by our operations team prior to activation.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Commercial Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with merchant listing agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
